Notes from King Chiikawa

Kumamoto Castle (熊本城) is one of Japan's three premier castles and a symbol of Kumamoto Prefecture. Originally completed in 1607 by the feudal lord Katō Kiyomasa, it is renowned for its imposing stone walls, distinctive architecture, and extensive restoration following the 2016 Kumamoto earthquakes.
